WANT THE BALL GIRLS FOOTBALL ACADEMY

Launching in the summer term, we will be operating a term time girls football training academy at:

Southgate School, Barnet, EN4 0BL

​

Sessions will be delivered by top coaches with experience of coaching football to girls and overseen by a UEFA licensed coach and ex manager of professional women's side Tom Buzzard.

Our sessions will be as follows:

​

Sundays (Launching 27th April)

​

• 9-10am: Rec - Year 2 (Indoor sports hall) 

• 10.15am-11.15am: Year 3 - Year 5 (Astro Turf) 

• 11.30am-12.30pm: Year 6 - Year 9 (Astro Turf) 

​

Fridays (Launching 25th April)

• 5-6pm: Year 6 - Year 11 (recommended for girls with previous experience of playing)

More sessions to be added with demand.

We understand, that for girls who want to play the game, while opportunities are growing - there isn't necessarily enough bespoke sessions and environments to do so exclusively for them. 

 

The mission of the WTB Girls Football Academy is to provide a fun, developmental football environment which allows girls to thrive at their own pace. ​
